Summary: The property is great inside. The building access key did not seem to work so I had to use the stairs. Fortunately there were stairs! The outside of the building has a lot of graffiti and broken windows but the area is good and convenient to the university, to the main downtown sightseeing areas, and the primary local parks. All good. I would stay again.
