a few things to know:
-the pool or hot tub can be heated upon request—unfortunately, not both at the same time
-if the pool is heated, the hot tub will match the pool’s temperature but won’t reach 100°f, and the jets will not function
-if the hot tub is heated to 100°f with jets, the pool cannot be heated simultaneously
-on especially warm days, we can also chill the water upon request—perfect for a refreshing dip!
please note: it takes several hours for the pool or hot tub to reach the desired temperature once your request is confirmed
