This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has upgraded EVERYTHING. New washer and dryer in the unit! You can walk to the Treasure Island Public beach at the end of the street with a 4 minute walk or enjoy dolphin and bird watching from your own pool or dock. All the comforts of home if home had an incredible view of sun rise and sunset over Boca Ciega Bay! Rent a boat or bring your own as we have an available boat dock and lift for an extra charge (please contact prior to booking if interested). Completely remodeled with all brand new Samsung appliances, and quartz counter tops.
