Positive: The apartment is very comfortable, I really liked staying there. It was quiet, as it faces the yard. The facilities are superb so the place is very convenient for a longer stay in Aarhus (I stayed for 5 nights).
Negative: The only problem was that WiFi was not stable - the Smart TV lost connection regularly, and some websites could not be opened. In the end, I switched to my mobile internet so it was not a big problem for me but I think that should be dealt with
