Our retro beach house comes with the bonuses of a huge pool, tennis court, hot tub, gymnasium, bocce courts and wifi, all situated on a private beach.
the blue "boat" house, a classic mid-century home mostly features a large, open living/dining room area, galley kitchen, an enormous second floor deck leading to the hot tub, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths This house has walls of windows looking toward the lake, out over the tennis court and into the woods behind the house.
there is also access to the gym in the orange section of the house complete with basketball hoops which is a great thing for rainy days and night time play
the large pool is adjacent to the tennis court and this all sits on a wide stretch of beach from which amazing lake erie sunsets may be best appreciated It's a unique and remarkable place to get away, so if you are all about the beach and kicking back with family and friends by the pool this is the spot.
