Positive: This German-run hotel is quietly located and offers a charming little beer garden. From 4 pm, complimentary coffee and cake are served, which is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms, and the terrace with garden view is perfect for relaxing outside. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Arusha National Park, which is great for day trips. Dinner is served as a 3-course menu – decent value for money overall.

Negative: The beds were soft but a bit worn, and WiFi is only available in the restaurant and at reception. Breakfast was rather basic and lacked attention to detail.
