Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel has a good location, and the rooms are clean and cozy. However, the rooms are a bit small for three people. The breakfast could be improved with more freshly prepared items – eggs, pancakes, and more fruit. The hot water is not very hot in the morning; I’m not sure if it’s the same during the rest of the day. For people who prefer to shower with hotter water, the temperature may not be comfortable.

Negative: During our stay, there was a visit by government delegations, and the city center was completely closed. We had a rental car and spent an hour trying to reach the hotel, unfortunately without success. We ended up leaving the car about 2 km away and walking to the hotel. I fully understand that this is not the hotel’s fault, but what they could have done is inform us in advance via Booking with a message that the center would be closed. This would have saved us time and unnecessary effort trying to reach the hotel. It would have been more professional, especially since we had informed them the night before that we would be arriving by car and had asked where we could park.
