Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is very modern. The rooms are comfortable and the TV is huge. I loved the 24/7 room service and the menu. Ms. Saliha from room service/restaurant is very professional. She understood every order correctly and brings the food fast. Mr. Ömer V. at reception is excellent. He speaks very good English and is very polite and helpful.

Negative: The supervisor receptionist lady is not so good. If you have a problem, you’d better not approach her. She was very rude to me and made me feel bad. At one point, I felt like I was her staff.

Summary: Mr. Ömer V. at the reception takes really good care of the guests. All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.
