This is a newly Refurbished and perfectly formed Apartment, perfect for Romantic breaks, situated in the newly re-developed and characterful former Victorian Train station of Menaggio.
The property boasts an Open Plan Living and Dining area with comfortable Sofa, Flatscreen TV, Dining area for up to 8 guests, a very practical Kitchen with all desired features and most memorably of all direct views of the Lake, Mountains and Ferry dock, from the sunny Balcony Terrace, which leads off from the Living area. Enjoy a Coffee and Brioche in the morning sun as well as a romantic and atmospheric \'Alfresco\' dining experience in the evenings, whilst the sun sets dramatically over the lush green mountain tops and still lake.
Sleeping accommodation is perfectly formed. There are three good-size bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom.
The master bedroom with double size bed has its own private balcony where you can see the beauty of the lake. It is equipped with a local television with DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
The second bedroom also with a double size bed and TV with DVD has an en-suite shower bathroom. While the third bedroom which is perfect for the children with two bunk beds. It also has a spacious bathroom with bathtub.
The flat also has direct access to the lake beach just down the stairs where you can lie down under sun or dip into the crystal clear water of Lake Como. The property features a garage.
