down the hall, there will be another bedroom, with a queen sized bed and closet space

further down the hall is the movie room -- 3 futons, 2 small beds -- with a movie projector and a foosball table This room can comfortably sleep 4-6 people (depending on size).

walk out into this garden oasis with a beautiful patio setup to enjoy the outdoors Soak in the sun, drink some coolers, and hang out in the hot tub with your company. Break into a sweat, and try out our new sauna (follow instructions for adding water & heating!).
