Beautiful newly renovated rustic house located in a quiet environment and close to the center of the town of Cómpeta. It is a completely renovated house, which offers its tenants modern and comfortable facilities, characterized by the typical style of the Axarquia and a traditional decoration in which the elements and ancient details such as ceramics, vases and cupboards have been preserved. A design with special charm reminiscent of the typical rustic style of Andalusia, spread over an area of 180 m2 and three exterior and bright floors: on the first floor, a beautiful and spacious living room, three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a small terrace On the second floor, a functional and fully equipped kitchen decorated with two beautiful rustic brick arches that gives access to a living / dining room, a bathroom, a storage room and two typically Andalusian balconies. On the upper floor, a living room has a double sofa-bed and a 2-level sun terrace with fantastic views of the town, the mountains and the sea. On the ground floor there is a lounge with a bar and an indoor pool heated by solar energy, which is accessed from the main entrance and also a side entrance independent of the house.
