Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

as of 2023, seabrook island property association (sipoa) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

in the event of a storm: if a mandatory evacuation order for seabrook island is given during the dates of your stay, the owner/host or the property management company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
