Positive: Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very close to the beach and 5 minutes away from the supermarket and taverns. Hospitable hosts, we had excellent communication and collaboration. The place was cleaned every 3-4 days or sooner on request, the sheets and towels were changed as well, which was more than enough. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartament building is new and looking good. It felt safe, also. The kitchen is equipped with most things you need on a vacation. The balcony is pretty big and you can enjoy food or coffee there, however make sure to bring mosquito protection and a plugged-in device for the room, too (as there is no insect net) The bathroom is decent in size and clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it. I would recommend it.

Negative: Because we stayed in the garden view room, which has a lateral common fence with the school yard next to the building, you could not sleep more than 7.45 am, when primary school kids were literally screaming while having their sports class and their teacher blowing his whistle. It was very noisy from Monday to Friday because if this. But this will only happen if you stay off season like we did ( we stayed from September 13 until the 28th). It is not the property's fault, of course, but it is good to know upfront. The mountain view is more of a small garden and big fence view, you cannot really see the mountain. I uploaded a photo. We would have enjoyed having a washing machine and a microwave oven, but it was do-able without these too.
