the east village is one of the most vibrant and eclectic areas of des moines You'll find several specialized restaurants, retailers, outdoor events and more, all without having to go far from home. The Downtown Farmers Market (May-October), Des Moines Performing Arts Center, Wells Fargo Arena and Hy Vee Hall are a few blocks away. All of the major hospitals (UnityPoint, Mercy, Lutheran, etc.) are less than five minutes away. Whatever your interests might be... des moines has something for everyone!

the bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand and a separate closet area with hangers, iron, ironing board, extra sheets, drying rack and more There is also a full-size washer & dryer complete with laundry supplies. All of the windows in the apartment have privacy shades and room darkening curtains (not pictured) are in the bedroom.
