you’ll park in the driveway under the carport clearly marked “cottage parking” The entrance to our carriage house is up the stairs, just past the inspiring deck with an unobstructed view of a clear, Colorado sky and the foothills to the west. There’s plenty of outdoor seating here, and the gas grill begs for a BBQ with friends or family. As you enter using the code provided to you at check-in, you’ll note the abundant natural light and the functional, practical living room. Just beyond the living room is the kitchen with a gas stove, oak cabinets, and a big, useful sink.
the home’s single bedroom is just off the kitchen and features a comfortable full bed, well-appointed in hotel-quality linens, laundered professionally after each stay This room is at garden-level, but it feels open and airy with the large window and the skylights above. located just 10 minutes west of downtown colorado springs, the “urban” is close too if you prefer that! and some of the area's other, most well-known attractions like the broadmoor, the cheyenne mountain zoo, the pikes peak cog railway, the united states olympic museum and many, many more are just a few minutes up or down the road not to mention manitou's walking path is out the front door! but we think the best is all right here, in many cases within walking or biking distance! ask us for recommendations on food, drink, colorado craft beers and cocktails, and also about our curated visitor experiences!

most of manitou springs is within reasonable walking distance Manitou Springs is best explored by bike or walking! Lyft and Uber are also available in this area. We recommend a vehicle when traveling in Colorado. please consider suv or awd vehicle in the winter!
