Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A shout out to the Front desk. Cagri went out of his way. He walked me to the subway to show me how to acess payment when I was unable to make it work. (The Manager advised me to use it instead of a taxi to get to the bus station, he was correct) Including the young lady at check-in, all three were a delight teaching me Turkish. Lots of laughs.

Negative: Hotel is dated and being upgraded, hopefully the 80's motif will be gone. Great location close to the train station.Breakfast was quite good

Summary: Accommodations ok. Service exceptional.
