Positive: The facilities were clean and efficient. Everything worked perfectly well. The aethetics were charming. We had two cooking lessons with Frederic. We felt very lucky to learn first hand from a great chef. He adapted the menus perfectly to our preferences. Even the house dog was absolutely adorable
