Summary: There are some good and some bad things with this property. We were 14 adults and four children on this trip and we generally enjoyed the property. Although near a road, it is quiet. Pros: there are seven bedrooms, all with bathrooms and showers. This saves a lot of time and hassle with a big group and was a huge bonus. Cons: the property has beds for 20 people but is underdimensioned in many cases. The fridge is far too small (I have a bigger one at home for me and my wife), as is the BBQ. It does not have a washing machine although advertised ("you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have a washing machine"). A few other niggling things bring down the ratings, such as house instructions only in Dutch and French, a TV with no channels (you have to use your own Prime, Netflix etc accounts; beware of regional restrictions) and a sauna you have to pay extra to use (wasn't mentioned).
