the main house has five bedrooms and will accommodate eight comfortably (If your party has more than 8 guests, we have a fee of $40 per guest per night ) No more than 10 people . The first floor has an open floor plan with a combined kitchen, dining and living area opening out onto a large front deck. A brand new bedroom is located on the first floor, with a king size bed, and attached full bath, which are both airconditioned per heat pump. (the only air conditioning in the home) The other 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The full kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare meals or to host your own traditional Maine lobster bake. An oversized, six burner gas grill is also at your disposal for more cooking options. For the rare occasion when you find yourself indoors the house has WiFi, cable TV, a diverse reading library and family/couples board games. The home is clean and comfortable with the owner available (a mile up the road) in case of emergencies. Not overly fancy, but with everything you’ll need for one of the most memorable times of your life.
