Royal Palms Estate is a 7000 square foot home on almost half an acre of land, located on one level in a very quiet and convenient location in the east village of Ajijic, one block from Lake Chapala. This is a house made for entertaining. The extensively renovated house features a 700 square foot eat in kitchen overlooking the pool and outdoor living areas which include a dining table for 8, an outdoor kitchen with bar, fridge and BBQ, and large screen TV and seating. There is a washroom poolside with a shower and a separate change room. Inside the house there is a formal dining room for 12, an office and another TV room. The master bedroom is approximately 800 square feet and features a walk out to the pool and adjoining ensuite with large tub and large shower. There are two casitas (guest rooms) in the back of the property offering your guests the ultimate in privacy. One is 600 square feet with a king size bed and the other is 250 square feet, with a queen size bed. Both have ensuite bathrooms, beautiful views to the back garden and pool, and offer private lounging areas. There is a 5th bedroom on the second story of the home that is 500 square feet offering a King bed and magnificent views of the mountains, with an adjoining ensuite bathroom. This bedroom opens up onto the rooftop mirador, which offers fabulous mountain and town views. Our bilingual property manager will ensure your comfort during your stay. From the house, you may walk to a host of the best restaurants in the village, the town square, and the famous Wednesday market.
