home is located in a tampa bay area quiet family oriented suburban neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from the nightlife and excitement of tampa and 45 - 60 minutes from kissimmee and orlando you are central to both coast’s beaches, lakes, theme parks and two miles from interstates 4 (i-4 east/west) and 75 (i-75 north/south)
* kitchen: pots/pans, spices, oil, foil, baggies, dishes, cups, glasses, bowls, utensils, (children sized too), sippy cups, bottles, paper/plastic picnic goods, keurig coffee station, toaster oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, hot/cold filtered water machine, small cooler for beach, ice packs for cooler, cleaning supplies and loads of extras!
* laundry room: detergent, fabric softener, bleach, dry sheets, an iron, ironing board, starch, broom, vacuum, front loader lg washer and dryer
* living-room: huge flat sceen tv, direct tv (satellite cable) super fast wifi, 2 over sized leather couches
* family/game room: electric message chair, magazines, coloring books, crayons, board games, children’s books, card table (adult sized) with 4 fold out chairs, card table (child’s sized) with 4 fold out chairs, yoga mat
**beach stuff: basket with towels, googles, sunglasses, sun block, beach tote, sand toys, buckets, pool noodles, and more!
* bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with 8 beds between them including : 3 queens & 2 fulls traditional beds and 3 additional air mattress (q & twins) air mattress beds located in master closet The master bedroom and bedroom # 2 have Queen Memory foam mattress beds, the third bedroom has a luxury pillow top high profile mattress set (a taller frame).All have luxury linens, pillows, blankets, house robes, alarm clocks, mirrors, clothes baskets, storage for clothes, closet with shelving units and hangers, trash cans and more.
bedroom #4 child’s disney themed: 2 full-sized lower profile memory foam mattress beds on wood frame slated beds with pillows, linens, blankets, baskets of toys, a tent, night light, lamp and double door opening to allow parents to adjust for a lot or a little supervision! (located in center of home)
* bathrooms: stocked with many luxuries from home: soap, tons of towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, kids bubble bath, kids shampoo, emergency kit (bandages, alcohol, peroxide, ect), blow dryer (in master bath), baby wipes, makeup remover and much more!
* outside: this is family neighborhood were you can enjoy a morning walk or evening stroll while hearing children's laughter and birds chirping If you listen real close maybe even hear a neighbor's horse or cow moving about or a little hen chasing a bug. You will see greenery, birds and a plethora of butterflies and other gifts from nature.
at night, while sitting on the huge screened back porch sipping your tea (or wine) you can hear the crickets singing while watching the stars dance in the nightsky there is a nature area (trees and more trees) located beyond a retention pond behind our property and a small farm to the right of us, so at night it is quiet!
we are a 100% smoke free property (we built the home and have never allowed smoking… including vape) to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guest, travelers and the property owners
