while we are located in a rural setting we are within 6 miles of downtown xenia offering ample shopping and dining options We are also within 20-30 minutes of Cedarville, Wilmington, Yellow Springs, Beavercreek, Wright-Patterson AFB and the Air force Museum, University of Dayton, and many other attractions.

although there are several tvs located throughout the rv there is no cable provided You are welcome to bring your own DVDs to play in the unit.
