🚫 no smoking indoors – $500 remediation fee applies
🕙 check-out time is 10 am est – late check-outs incur penalties
🐾 pets allowed (dogs only) – $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs

🐕 $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (no cats allowed)
pets must never be on beds or furniture
🧹 pet hair on furniture will result in extra cleaning fees
💩 pet waste must be picked up, failure to do so incurs a $50 charge
pets must be crated when unattended

if available, early arrivals or late departures may be approved at the following rates:
1 hour or less: $50
1–2 hours: $100
2–3 hours: $200

the invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
