i live in the neighborhood, walking distance to the property You will most likely never see me unless you want to. I am happy to meet with you if you want to chat about DC (i.e. where to go, what to see, how to get around, etc.) but also I leave a pretty comprehensive guest book out so you will have some information at your fingertips. I also want to mention that this is an apartment unit with decent insulation and while tenants try to be quiet you can sometimes hear them. I am always a phone call or text message away should you need help with anything.
the place is minutes away from a beautiful park and bike trail with rental bikes located down the street you will be so close to all of the great things that dc has to offer, and you will feel like you are at your second luxurious home!
this space is perfect for business travelers, families, as well as anyone who wants to play tourist in the city! i'm very knowledgeable about dc and can give you tips on where to go I love living here and have been here for over 6 years! Be aware that the neighborhood is gentrifying.
