mid-city is a wonderfully vibrant neighborhood There are several great local spots to eat and drink all within walking distance. Two grocery just a few blocks away. The Bayou is outside your front door, and City Park less then 5 minutes walking. The neighborhood is the best that New Orleans has to offer for real local living.

getting around:
there is off street parking behind the house, free street parking directly in front of the house The street car (trolley) is less then 5 minutes walking and will take you directly to the French Quarter in about 15-20 minutes. The French Quarter is also an easy bike ride away, or a $8-10 taxi/Uber ride. 20 minutes from the airport. The whole neighborhood is very walkable and truly gives you a chance to live like a local. live like a local!
