The apartment was fully renovated by my family construction company in June 2024. The flat is situated on the third floor, 65 sq. with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room with an open kitchen. There are also two balconies. It is located at an upcoming neighbourhood called Neos Kosmos, just a few minutes away from the Acropolis, Plaka and Koukaki. While staying in this beautiful apartment can be found in less than two minutes walk such as pharmacy, bakery and the farmers market.

All rooms are equipped with a smart TV where you can satellite channels.

So, when it is sunny, you will always have hot water. If there is a cloudy day or there no sufficient heat water, there is a push button in the kitchen, where you can turn on the electrical boiler. After apx 40 minutes you will have again hot water, there is also an electrical towel rank where you can dry fast your towels.
