Located steps from the base Loon Mountain's South Peak. In the luxury South Peak Resort. Our townhouse is well maintained, comfortable and close to all the action. The unit has all new modern furniture, comfortable beds and a spacious Kitchen/Living area. Views of South Peak out the front and the Pemigewasset River behind. All renters have access to the hot tub and fire pit on property as well as the full access to the facilities located at The Mountain Club on Loon.

this 4 bedroom 35 bath townhouse has plenty of room to host multiple families or 4+ couples. Just through the front door is the main living area with 2 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bathrooms, kitchen, dining and balcony overlooking the Pemi River. The 2nd floor includes 2 additional bedrooms, 2 bathroom, as well as full laundry. There is parking for one car in front of the unit with additional parking just steps away.
the beautiful open kitchen is well-appointed with cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal Dining space for 8 people at a table as well as 4 breakfast bar seats adjoin the kitchen.
the living room has a wall mounted 58" led hdtv with surround sound, cable, roku, netflix and a dvd player A gas fireplace, all leather furniture including a couch, a love seat (pullout full bed) and chair/ottoman finish the room.
the master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed with a flat screen tv and an attached bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a soaking tub
the other second floor bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom with shower
the main floor bedrooms consist of 1 with a queen bed, while the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds plus a trundle (5 twin beds), flat screen cable tv, wii game system and a full bathroom w/tub
high speed wifi is available throughout the entire unit Central heat and air-conditioning will keep you comfortable no matter what time of year.
during the ski season, there is a private shuttle bus to take you to and from the base camps You can easily ski back to the home down Escape Route. There is plenty of storage for luggage, skis and boots.

nothing can be stored outside of the unit at any time All garbage, recycling, etc. must be properly disposed immediately. All other items must be stored inside or in the ski closet. Bears are common occurrence in the area.
the only place that grilling is allowed within riverside terrace is on the community grill located between the hot tub and the firepit You cannot grill on a deck or balcony, on walkways, pavement, lawns, or wooded areas at Riverside Terrace. A $1,000 fine will be imposed for illegal grilling on property.
