This is the UNICORN of lakefront properties. Walkout patio with low easy access to the lake. beautifully kept yard which makes it easy to enjoy for all ages especially! no hill or steps to be able to see/view the lake! lots of outdoor lounge areas: walkout patio with furniture and swings, hot tub, fire pit overlooking the lake and the upper deck has gas fire seating and lounge chairs! this place is great for those larger family reunions or company retreats!
the property is 7 bedrooms, 45 bathrooms throughout three levels and over 6,800 square feet. Sleeps 30. Conveniently located within walking distance to the grocery store, bars/restaurants and downtown Chetek! You will have THE best Lakeview on the entire lake. The 4th of July fireworks are shot off a barge right in front of the house. The local sandbar is directly in front of the property as well.
this property is located on lake chetek which is apart of the large chetek chain of lake system Lots of eateries, bars, sandbars, beaches and fun events all summer long.
spectacular lake views to be seen on all floor and bedrooms 4 of the bedrooms have lakefront views! It feels like your RIGHT on top of the water...well you kinda are!
the master is on the main floor with kitchen dining room, office space, large great room with incredible lake views and access to the large deck overlooking the lake Powder room, laundry and fenced in yard (perfect for pets).
the second floor has four bedrooms with jack and jill bathrooms Another living room/sitting room and view of the lake. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have incredible lake views. One of the bedrooms on this floor is the designated "kids room" with plenty of beds, tv/lounge space and play area.
the downstairs has a third living room, game room/rec area with pool table, karaoke, bar and a walk out patio There are two additional rooms, one has a lakeview. In addition there is a sauna room with light workout equipment.
convenient shower room right, as soon as you come in from the patio for easy cleaning/washing from all the fun lake activities
provided are kayaks, canoe, paddle board and outdoor games There is an outdoor grill, fire pit and a gas light fire pit on the upper deck.
we do have pontoon boats, jet skis, and utv's available to rent for an additional charge:)
