on the top floor of the home, you’ll find an open and inviting living space that features a coffee bar and mini-fridge This room was designed to feature partial views of the water and coastline through a large sliding glass door and three oversized windows. Much like the living area downstairs, this space also has access to a balcony space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying refreshing Gulf breezes. The top floor is where all 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located. The first bedroom is the master bedroom or the "Captain’s Quarters". This oversized room features access to a balcony, a King bed, a huge walk-in closet, and bathroom with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a free-standing bathtub inside the shower space - so fill up the bubble bath all the way to the top! The second bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, with a King bed. The third bedroom features a King bed, access to the same balcony that the master bedroom shares, and an ensuite bath as well.
