Walk five blocks to Magazine Street, and you'll find miles of restaurants, bars, galleries, antique and clothing stores, snowball stands, bakeries, cigar shops, music venues, chocolatiers and much more! The St. Charles Avenue streetcar is steps away - take a leisurely ride past ancient live oaks and mansions on your way downtown, to Audubon park, or the Riverbend neighborhood. Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street, JazzFest and the Superdome are all a 10 minute Uber away. If you're fortunate enough to visit during Mardi Gras, you can watch parades from the balcony. The location really can't be beat.
