this gorgeous victorian mansion sits on a beautifully landscaped large corner property in the heart of the quaint duck village, right across the boardwalk with shops and restaurants, and next to the duck deli restaurant A perfect place where you can stroll to everything all week without getting into a car. The Saltaire Estate was built a few years ago to look and feel just like a true Carolina Classic and the largest home in Duck! This beautiful mansion sleeps 14-16, and has an incredible location. The landscaping and trees are so natural that you feel like you are on a lovely countryside estate. Private pool and hot tub are included in your stay and a 4-person elevator can take you to all three floors to access this magnificent 7206 sq. foot property.

all our rentals in outer banks have 6 bedrooms and do a friday-to-friday changeover day during prime season Friday changeovers save you at least 5 hours in traffic each way. The entire island (500,000+) turns over on Sat & Sun. We are semi-flexible if you aren’t doing a full week if you start or end on a Friday.
