we have arranged snow removal during the winter season However we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property.

*garbage: please don't leave more than 2 garbage black bags There is no restriction on Recycle as long as it's bagged properly.
*no excessive noise in backyard These rules are only in place for the comfort of our neighbours.
*late checkout: please request a late checkout a day before checking out If it will be possible we will be happy to extend it. Unauthorized late checkout will be charged $40/half hour, this is our cleaner's wait cost.
*snow removal: guests are expected to clear snow when it accumulates to 3cm (approximately 12 inches) or more. For snowfall exceeding 3cm, professional snow removal services will be arranged. In the event of any delays in the contractor's arrival, please be advised that we cannot assume liability for slip-and-fall incidents.
*snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days
*no shoes in the house
*no unregistered guests
*no fireworks on or around the property
*please wash and put away dishes
*be respectful of neighbours
*do not re-arrange or move any furniture
*do not take anything that does not belong to you including dishes, furniture, toilet paper, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, utensils, soap, tv + remote, electronic etc
*do not break anything inside or outside the property If anything is broken inside or outside the property, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
*do not flush anything other than toilet paper
*please turn of all lights and ensure windows and doors are closed before leaving property
*in the event, that a house rule is broken, we will have to request the guests to vacate the property The entire security deposit will be charged for breaking any of the House Rules above.
