we are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee Two dogs maximum.
home includes 3 bedrooms:
- a primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath (beautiful tub and shower)
- a queen bedroom with hall bath
- a queen bedroom with hall bath
additionally, the spacious living area includes a couch with a supremely comfortable queen memory foam tempur-pedic mattress and nearby powder room
we love to cook delicious meals in the designer kitchen, enjoy movies by the fireplace, and play board games around the enormous dining room table Outdoors, enjoy our hot tub, spacious fenced backyard with ample space to kick the soccer ball, throw a frisbee or burn a fire in the fire pit late into the night.
up to two dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee You may bring a third dog contingent upon my approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. We ask owners to responsibly care for their dogs (ie, clean up after messes, crate if leaving your pooch alone, and keep dogs off the furniture and beds). Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub.
