The house is equipped with two comfortable beds and a luxurious (sleeper) sofa. The balcony and garden invite you to sit down, take a swim or have a glass of wine whilst watching your favorite Netflix series on the Smart TV in the living room. The newly built house is clean and completely private with the following features: - Private entrance - Private pool & garden - 2 Bedrooms for 2 with AC (4 people in total) - Large living room with a luxurious sofa (which can be changed into a bed for 2) - Spacious kitchen with induction stove, coffee maker, pans, cutlery and a large refrigerator - Bathroom with hot water, towels and a separate toilet - Large balcony with outdoor lounge set - Private washing machine - High speed WiFi - All other ameneties you could wish for! Guests can use their own private house, garden, swimming pool and balcony. Free parking is accessible on the premises. Outdoor seating areas are private. We are available 24/7 for all your questions but will respect your privacy if you have no further questions for us! Our complex is located in the most luxurious part of Curacao; Vista Royal, this part of Jan Thiel is home to a lot of celebrities and happy few, which you can be a part of during your holiday! The sea, restaurants and beach clubs Zanzibar and Papagayo are just a 5 minute walk away. When you stay with us it's possible to rent a car, or you take the nearest busstop, which is only 250 meters walk from the complex. The price includes gas, water and electricity. Air conditioning is charged separately because not everyone wants to use it and we don't want to charge guests extra for something they won't use during their stay. The surcharge for air conditioning is only EUR 5 per night per unit. 7% tourist tax is charged upon arrival. There are no more additional charges.
