Also, each of the rooms has its own private bathroom with underfloor heating and radiator. An additional bathroom is located in the auxiliary facility near the pool and the sauna. The villa also features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining room and living room with TV, PlayStation console and fireplace as well as another separate toilet and a wine cellar with a rich selection of quality Istrian wines.
