a freshly renovated new orleans historic beauty It has all the modern amenities one could ask for while maintaining its historic charm. The home features: 12 foot ceilings, original stained glass, hardwood floors throughout, central heat and air.
two bedrooms that are shotgun style with spa quality sheets One of the bedrooms contains a loft style bed (please see picture) while the other contains a king bed. Large Open dining room and living room, fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, 1 fully renovated bathroom, washer/dryer, and plenty of free street parking.

mid-city is truly in the middle of new orleans and very central to all you could want to do It is convenient, safe, and easy to get around. This home is also on the Mardi Gras Saturday parade route for Endymion Parade.
getting around:
half a block from the street car (20 min ride to the french quarter), walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife, two blocks to city park, 15 min walk to the fairgrounds
