consequences for throwing parties includes prosecution: parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.
noise and disruptive behavior: please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm-8am In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.
smoking and flames not allowed: do not smoke or light anything in this property This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

1) cleanup of human biomaterial (eg. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
2) pet hair: pets are strictly forbidden Your reservation may be terminated for bringing unauthorized pets. If pets are discovered after the fact, there will be a $300 fee per unauthorized pet **per night**.
3) stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher
4) smoking anything indoors: $300 cleaning fee No exceptions..
