Positive: The apartment is simply wonderful—it's spacious, quiet, well-equipped, and almost entirely new, exactly as promised and described. Unlike similar properties of this size, which usually have only one air conditioner, this apartment has two, allowing you to cool just the bedroom, just the living room, or both. Guests also have access to a beautiful inner courtyard. In terms of amenities, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. All the appliances, fixtures, and furniture are new and modern. We didn’t find anything lacking. The apartment also included cleaning supplies for our use—laundry detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine, dishwasher soap, and more. Nothing—absolutely nothing—was missing. If there's anything better than this excellent apartment, it's the hosts. Pietro and Valentina are, without a doubt, exceptional. Although the check-in process could have easily been handled remotely (via a smartphone app or by sending a code over Booking.com), they chose to meet us at the apartment, helped us with our luggage, welcomed us inside, and took the time to explain how to use every appliance and feature (Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, coffee maker, air conditioners, etc.). What’s more, although finding parking nearby isn’t particularly difficult, Pietro went out of his way to park his own car right next to the apartment. When we arrived, he moved his car to free up the space and then went to find parking elsewhere for himself. Such thoughtfulness is truly exceptional — even among the very best hosts.
