It has about 1650 square feet of living space in a 2-story (low-rise), 20-unit building, with spectacular, expansive, unobstructed views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, white sands of Laguna Beach, and Western sunsets year round from 10 high-tech floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hall areas. It has a large covered balcony accessed via a set of sliding glass doors, which also has spectacular views of the ocean, beach and Western sunsets.
