the house is a detached house with garden, 2 floors, patio area, garage and the finished basement has a large room, laundry room and full bathroom
the house is very clean and it is furnished of all the necessary for living, to relax and to eat (towels, glasses, dishes, cups, utensils, kettle, pots, bedsheets, iron, coffee machine, hair dryer, books, )
the furniture are pretty new and access inside is allowed without shoes
this house is a refuge from the stress and traffic from manhattan
good restaurants, bakery, grocery, gas station are just a short walk away
walking distance to banks, medical center, post office and pharmacy
walking distance to bus stop and children park
perfect for walk and jogging
new jersey transit and bus line 156 and 159 are just a few steps away from the villa and in only minutes you are in times square
