This beautifully renovated, 1800s era, 4 bedroom home features all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, small fenced backyard, and lots of living space.
the first floor has an open concept, with the foyer/living room, dining room and kitchen all flowing together There is also a half bath and the laundry facilities on the first floor.
the second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which each have a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds Also on the second floor is a full bath.
the third floor is a large loft space with a full bed, a dresser for storage, and an air mattress and blankets for additional sleeping room for larger groups/families
please note: the third floor is only accessible through the master bedroom
we do not have off street parking here, however, there is free street parking and the n Queen Street parking garage is several hundred feet away so that's a great option if finding a spot on the street is a problem.
