"Lounging Lakeside" is a fully furnished, two level home with lots of amenities including central air, plenty of space and awesome lake views from the main deck, lower level walk-out patio and lounging deck. The living areas include main floor Great Room Area with gas fireplace, 2 door walls, eating area and kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 baths and lower level Family Room, 1 bedroom and bath. It is a great place to get out of the city and enjoy some lake time with friends or family. It is also pet friendly. Whether you prefer to spend your days with lots of activities on the lake, the many Gladwin area attractions or just relax on the deck with morning coffee, a glass of wine in the afternoon or at the fire pit with S'mores in the evening... this is definitely the right place. You can expect to catch a variety of fish including: Crappie, Bluegill, Bass, Pike, Sunfish, Walleye and Perch. Boat launch and sandy beach are near by. It offers 2 All-Sports lakes…..Lake Lancelot (semi-private) and Lake Lancer (private), private (gated) Beach Clubs (several of which have a sandy beaches on shore, a roped off swimming area with sandy bottom and a shallow area that gradually becomes deeper, a PlayScape, swing sets, picnic tables and/or a pavilion and restrooms. One of the Beach Clubs has a sand volley ball area. There are boat launches scattered through-out the community.. It is home to the Sugar Springs Golf Course, with a Pro Shop, Golf Pro and Clubhouse. The Clubhouse contains The Hearth (restaurant and pub) a Fitness Center and an Indoor Swimming Pool. During your stay with us, visit the Sugar Springs Campground which is the starting point for several hiking trails and in the summer, kids can enjoy the catch and release pond just outside of the Chalet. Inside the Chalet is equipped with picnic tables and fans (for summer) and heat and a fireplace… with wood provided (for winter). You may use it as a large game room or during the winter, a place to warm up, make some hot chocolate or roast hot dogs over the open fire after skating on the frozen catch & release pond or sledding down one of the 3 sledding hills. The SS Campground road to the Chalet, Hiking Trails and Sledding Hills (etc) is only open on weekends during the winter..
