New to VRBO/Home Away. Come stay at our newly Built 2011 Log Home in Desirable Lake Ashuelot Estates. The House has 2.5 acres of land and offers peace and quiet. The home offers 1,140 Square Ft, with 2 Bedrooms and a Large Loft area. Sleeps 6-8 people. Fully stocked Kitchen with all cookware, silverware, and dishes. Appliances include Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, Blender, and washer and dryer. We also provide an out side gas Grill, 40" Flat screen TV, Standard Direct TV, WiFi, and DVD Player. All linens and Towels are provided. Private Beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, Golf,and hiking trails. The Lake offers Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing and more for your summer activities. Skiing, and tubing all close by (Mt Sunapee, Pats Peek, Granite Gorge). Snowmobiling (your own) is available right from your front door. The two main Bedrooms have queen size beds, and the loft area has two Full size beds with a pull-out couch and 2 queen blow up mattress's for those large group get a way's. No smoking or Pets Please! No charge for children 6 and younger..
