okay, families, listen up! we just got back from the most amazing vacation at beachcomber sunset in smiths beach, and we can't wait to tell you all about it!
first things first, this place is huge! plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax our kids went wild for the bunk rooms – they each had two sets of bunks! and guess what? the grandparents came along too and had their own private studio apartment! 🙌
but the best part? it's literally a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach! 🏄‍♀️ ycw beach is perfect for little ones to splash around in, and the bigger kids (and adults!) can try their hand at surfing There's even a surf shop nearby where you can rent boards and book lessons.
back at the house, the fun never stopped! the kids spent hours in the game room playing ping pong and battling it out on the arcade machine (retro gaming ftw!) And with a playground right across the street and a fully fenced yard, they had tons of space to run around and burn off energy. 🤸‍♀️
meanwhile, we parents actually got to relax! we loved grilling up dinners on the bbq, chilling on the balcony with a glass of wine while watching the sunset, and catching up on some work at the dedicated desk space (yes, the wi-fi is awesome!) oh, and did we mention the comfy living room with the giant tv? movie nights were epic! 🍿
