Positive: Truly the nicest hosts I've ever experienced at a hotel, ever. Also really surprised to see how modern the interior is, given how the exterior looks quite dated. Food was amazing as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay after the climb up the Splugenpass, and all that for a very modest price. 10/10
