Positive: We got a room upgrade that really fixed our whole stay, really grateful for that as it made our experience totally different. Also, having restaurants in the hotel was really amazing, gave us diverse options to choose from daily
Negative: For the price and value, I expected a completely different service. The initial room they put us in was terrible, old, and noisy. You pay lots of money for less than standard service
