Positive: Location great. Dont expect a tremendous beach view, i would rather consider minimum view, its not worth it for the price difference. Space is enough to be confortable. Bedroom actually confortable.
Negative: count of plates/glasses/etc absolutely not fair. They leave you a measured amount of greasecleaner (cero practic). We didn’t have water for a couple of hours apparently because of water pressure (peak time of use). Missed a boiler which would have been much more useful than a kettle for kids. I believe that having towels would have been very very useful. One of the doors (between living room and bedroom, had a broken glass). We asked more than once for the possibility of arriving early and having late checkout and only could arrange it on arrival. Never answered.
Summary: Works but a lot to work on for the price
