My home is located 7 blocks from popular Mizner Park, 1.9 miles from the beach and 1 mile from FAU. It's been divided into 2 Airbnbs that include this studio and 'Bright & Light Modern Beachy Home'.
each have their own parking space and the studio has a private patio so you can enjoy both the interior and exterior The other unit has access to the rest of the yard.
the studio was originally decorated for me when i was traveling there for work on a monthly basis so no money was spared on comfort There's a very comfortable memory foam mattress, pillows, and nice furnishings. Despite it's size the studio is highly functional with space to cook and enjoy a simple meal..

Summary: This studio apartment is everything you see on the listing and more! It was my landing place between seeing friends and going to activities. This was a “unwinding” trip for me…two weeks. As I relaxed away from the crazy, hectic life at home in Boston, I found the apartment very comfy to just rest.Aleta and Aron were incredibly responsive to any questions I had.I highly recommend “A Cozy Getaway”!
