Positive: Chambres d'Hotes can be a bit hit or miss, but this is a lovely property in the middle of Vendome. Very welcoming host, who showed us around and made sure we had all of the information needed. Only a 2 minute walk to a lovely Restaurant in the centre of the town, which is of classic French style.

Negative: The WC is not actually ensuite, and possibly shared. Being an old crusty who needs to get up occasionally, this could have been a problem.

Summary: Lovely property in a lovely old French town!
