Positive: Loved the location. Short walk to beach, swim in back bay, short drive to everything. This was a true family get together. My parents, sister and her family live in Foley. They're older now, college and one who's about to turn 30. Been 5+ years since my kids have seen their nana/papa, aunt, uncle and cousins. This was perfect for us to stay, and family whom live there, to come hang with us.
Negative: Personally, nothing I didn't like. There's few maintenance issues, but being in remodeling, I look for that. But being a house on the bay, with salt air, humidity, etc., nothing was out of the norm. One issue I can relay, the load bearing beam between kitchen and living room, is failing. Major settling, causing cracks in sheetrock. But again, I do multi million dollar remodeling. Overall, 4.8 stars out of 5.
